As a Registered Counseling Supervisor, I provide clinical supervision for individual and group sessions. I specialize in neurodiversity, specifically Autism and ADHD, and offer training for neurodiverse therapists and those working with clients on the neurodiversity spectrum.

Eileen has a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and is a Registered Counseling Supervisor with ACCT (Association of Cooperative Counseling Therapists of Canada). Eileen’s has worked within the field of assessment, mental health, developmental disabilities, ADHD and autism, which has guided her education choices and her career path. Eileen and her family relocated from Northern British Columbia to Saskatchewan in 2011 to assume the position of Autism Consultant for the Health Region supervising a team of behavioural interventionists and then as a Director for an Autism Intervention Program developing and supervising the Mental Health and Wellness Team and a multidisciplinary team consisting of (OT/SLP/Behaviour Consultants, counselors, and social workers) while providing counselling and support services to those individuals (youth and adults) with autism spectrum disorder, depression and/or anxiety, as well as working with families and couples on the spectrum. Prior to that, she worked in a rural area of BC, where she was contracted by a number of private consulting companies in the areas of behaviour management and intervention therapy. During her time in BC, she also worked under the supervision of a neuropsychologist in the administration of assessment testing tools for those from birth to elderly. Eileen has also provided counselling support to siblings and families of individuals on the spectrum as well as worked developing resources for females and couples on the neurodiversity spectrum.

At Refocus the Senses, we are dedicated to providing solutions and strategies through consultation and coaching therapeutic services for individuals experiencing sensory dysregulation, anxiety, and neurodiversity. Our goal is to train clinicians and develop personalized sensory coaching plans that empower our clients to navigate their environments with social awareness and confidence. As a Registered Counseling Supervisor, we offer clinical supervision for both individuals and groups.
